sangria master class...

A class where you will learn the secrets of a good sangria.

We will start with a welcome glass of cava, then we will have a short introduction and we will get to work. During the class we will prepare 3 types of sangria, the traditional red wine sangria, white wine sangria and cava sangria. To do this, we will begin with the preparation of the fruit and citrus, the mixture of the different alcohols under our own recipe, then the wine or cava, and most importantly, we will look for the perfect balance to achieve an extraordinary sangria. For all this we must roll up our sleeves and get to work. When finished, to enjoy our result, we will accompany the sangria with some tapas of local products to appreciate even more the flavors of the different sangrias.
